XYZ Company also sent a responder as directed by our monitoring company. When I arrived, the XYZ guy waited until I unlocked the rear door to unset the alarm then he left immediately.
Your P4G guard Ryan, on the other hand, insisted he come in with me to thoroughly search the premises in case someone was on-site. He then waited until the site was clear, re-secured and I was back in my car before he left.

I just wanted to pass on a bouquet for the Roaming Security guard patrolling Parnell Road today.
I am mobility compromised so my daily walk is very slow and doddery and I had to stop for a breather on the homeward leg. The guard was kind enough to check my welfare to ensure I was ok to proceed, as well as assuring me that he would watch out and all I needed to do was raise my hand if I needed assistance.
I also observed his interactions with other walkers and he was so friendly and greeted everyone. What a breath of fresh air! He even offered assistance to a couple of shoppers to get items to their vehicles. Fantastic customer service, and such a wonderful asset for Parnell.
