Tom Clark
Managing Director
Tom is a qualified risk management, safety, and security professional with a strong background in emergency management, asset protection, personnel security, occupational health & safety and community engagement. He has significant expertise in all aspects of operational planning, analysis, review and control. With a strong focus on procedural compliance and audit.
Tom is highly organised and intuitive with strengths in analytical thinking and procedural
compliance. With experience in developing and implementing security plans and processes for large venues and internationally protected persons. His experience also includes operations reviews, drafting of policy and procedures, implementation of planning processes, capital expenditure submissions and budgeting.
Tom leads a diverse team, delivering security services. Also, managing internal and external customers, including investigation and resolution of complaints. He also has proven project management success, in diverse and pressured environments.
Tom has strong and well-developed influencing and communication skills. With extensive experience in communicating with diverse groups, including different ethnic and socio economic groups.
Mel Booker
Manager, People & Culture
Mel commenced with P4G in 2024 bringing extensive experience in HR, ER, talent acquisition, leadership and business partnering in roles across NZ government and private sector. Mel completed her studies at Massey University School of Business and is an active member of HRNZ. She has a track record of building strong relationships, trust and credibility across all levels of audience and brings excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships to deliver change.
Commercially astute with significant experience of influencing from a strategic perspective, Mel maintains a solution-focused attitude and a drive for continuous improvement. Outside of work Melanie enjoys time with her partner and kids, watching the boxing and riding her motorbike.
Stephanie Watts
Manager, Health & Safety
Stephanie is currently pursuing a Masters in Occupational Health and Safety. Prior to this, academic endeavours included a Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychology with a specialised focus in Industrial/Organisational psychology. In her pursuit of fostering workplace cultures, she has researched organisational well-being and mental health stresses that impact a workplace.
She joined P4G in November 2022, bringing with her over 5 years of invaluable experience.
Stephanie’s skills include injury management, incident/investigation management, implementation of safety management systems, driving well-being & safety initiatives and evaluating safety systems performance.
Stephanie has a genuine concern for people, believing that they are the core of any business. Ensuring their safety and well-being is not just a responsibility but a commitment. She firmly believe that everyone should return home feeling safe and healthier than when they arrived.
Stephanie is dedicated to cultivating a people-centric approach to safety, recognising that it is essential to make individuals feel secure in their work environment. Education plays a pivotal role in this journey, and she is committed to constantly sharing knowledge while enhancing the safety management system. This creates a safety culture in a workplace where safety is not just a priority but a shared value.
Rajeev Puri
Finance Manager
Rajeev is a seasoned financial professional with over 15 years of dedicated experience in accounting and finance. Known for his meticulous and results-driven approach, Rajeev has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills throughout a dynamic career. Rajeev excels in analysing complex financial scenarios and providing comprehensive solutions to meet diverse business needs.
Accustomed to the demands of a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, Rajeev is adept at managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes. A qualified CPA, Rajeev brings a wealth of expertise gained across international landscapes, including India, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand.
Beyond the professional realm, Rajeev is a devoted parent who actively engages in his son’s extracurricular activities, such as karate, soccer, biking, and outdoor play. Known for his love of the outdoors, Rajeev finds joy in motivating and maintaining a positive atmosphere, both at work and in his personal pursuits. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for fostering collaboration, Rajeev is not just a financial expert, but a well-rounded individual dedicated to enriching every aspect of life.
Paddy O’Regan
Commercial Manager
With over 15 years of expertise in people and business management across Europe and New Zealand, Paddy brings a wealth of experience to driving business transformation. His proven track record in building and managing high-performance teams is complemented by his strategic approach to sales, acquisitions and commercial growth, making him an vital asset to the P4G management team.
Paddy’s extensive experience in people management has equipped him with the skills necessary to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. His business management acumen ensures that he can navigate complex challenges and drive sustained growth. Paddy’s ability to align team goals with overarching business objectives has consistently resulted in improved performance and commercial success. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Paddy is dedicated to spending quality time with his wife and daughter. He has a keen interest in sports, particularly rugby and football.
